Gardein's Vegan Tenders are breaded with a beneficial 7 Grain coating including; Oats, Quinoa and Millet that crisps up and satisfies your tender needs :) The serving size is 2 tenders and they have 7 grams of protein per serving and are 100 Calories. These are guilt free and perfect to put in salads, wraps or with your favorite dipping sauce. They are smaller than they look on the packaging but are tasty and so convenient. I made a wrap filled with Organic Baby Lettuce, Organic Tomatoes, Red Onion, Avocado, Tenders, Vegan Mayo and Buffalo Sauce and it tastes as good as it looks. I think the biggest misconception about a Plant-based Diet is that it won't be as satisfying as eating meat and that is very far from the truth. I am so grateful for brands like Gardein because by eating less meat we help the planet so much.
